Brad Randall owns and operates Welch Randall Real Estate and Property Management, a boutique brokerage firm offering real estate and management services for investor clients in approximately 450 properties, as well as managing over 4,000 residential HOA community units in the Salt Lake City area. Brad graduated with a degree in Property and Facility Management from Brigham Young University in 2008 and then received a Master’s Degree in Construction Management in 2016. Brad works with a team of in-person and remote team members to continually try to provide top-notch service in an increasingly challenging property management environment.

Brad loves to stay involved in the Property Management Industry in a variety of ways and be educated. He carries the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and most recently served in 2023 and 2024 as the Regional Vice President for the organization. He was the Chair for the Utah Residential Housing Association in 2022, a former NARPM Chapter President, and has spent 10+ years serving on a variety of board positions for multiple property management organizations. Brad has also been an IREM National Instructor for over 5 years, teaching multiple courses nationally, as well as property management courses for his local chapters and Realtor associations. He has been a guest contributor to PM Industry communication podcasts such as “The Profitable PM Podcast”, “Property Management Mastermind Podcast”, and has been a featured speaker at PMMCON twice, NARPM National events, and other industry-related events.

Brad lives near Salt Lake City with his wife and partner, Karrie, and their three young children. Brad loves being in the outdoors and has completed 8 marathons, a dozen Ragnar multi-day running races, two ultra-marathon races including a one-day rim-to-rim Grand Canyon trail run. He loves spending time with his family enjoying time together outdoors. Beyond this, Brad has a love of film and TV and loves binge-watching his favorite shows, Severance, Ted Lasso, Yellowstone, The Office, and Parks & Recreation.
