Policy

1. **Cancellation before December 1, 2024:**

– Refund: Amount paid minus $100.
– Alternatively, defer ticket to the next year at no charge.
– Name changes on reservations are free.

2. **Cancellation between December 2-31, 2024:** – Refund: Amount paid minus $200.
– Alternatively, defer ticket to the next year for $100.
– Name changes on reservations incur a $50 fee.

3. **Cancellation between January 1, 2025 – January 21, 2025 ** – Defer ticket to the next year for a $200 charge.
– Name changes on reservations incur a $100 fee.


No Refunds after January 21, 2025

Additionally, the policy allows ticket holders to sell their tickets to other attendees at any time.

Before December 1, 2024, no name change fee applies. After this date, refer to the fee outlined in the policy above.
