Brad Larsen is the visionary Founder of RentWerx, a premier property management firm serving the San Antonio and Austin, Texas regions. Under his leadership, RentWerx manages over 1,100 single-family homes with a dedicated team of more than 38 professionals. Brad’s commitment to excellence and innovation has significantly impacted the property management industry.
In 2017, Brad expanded his influence by launching the Property Management Mastermind Podcast, a platform that has become a valuable resource for industry insights and best practices. He also created the Property Management Mastermind Facebook Group, fostering a vibrant community of property management professionals, and started the Biz Dev Mastermind Consulting Service, offering strategic guidance to fellow entrepreneurs.
Brad has made substantial contributions to industry standards, serving as a past NARPM certified instructor and the NARPM Accounting Standards chair, where he implemented a uniform accounting format for the property management sector.
Hometown and Early Life: Brad hails from Carroll, Iowa, where he attended Carroll Kuemper High School. Raised in an educational environment, both of his parents were school teachers, instilling in him the values of discipline and continuous learning.
